Returns & Refund Policy

At uScore Fundraising, we want your organization to have the best experience possible. If you need to return an item, our policy is designed to be clear and fair.

Returns: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that perishable goods (including food and hygiene products) are generally non-returnable for safety reasons. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at tyler.kottenbrock@uscorefundraising.com for instructions on how to return the damaged product.

Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
